Mr. Baum also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quaker State Corporation, a producer and marketer of motor oils and lubricants, from 1993 to 1999. From 1978 to 1992, Mr. Baum was employed by Campbell Soup Company, a manufacturer and marketer of food products, and, in 1992, was named President of Campbell -- North and South America. Mr. Baum also is a director of Meredith Corporation and PepsiAmericas, Inc.
