The RDV Sportsplex opened in 1998, and has become the business and social hub for all RDV Sports activities.\r\n\r\nBorn in Grand Rapids, DeVos graduated from Grand Rapids Christian High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Hope College. A strong proponent of Christian education, DeVos serves on numerous committees and boards, including the Hope College Board of Trustees.\r\n\r\nDeVos is the sister of Amway President Doug DeVos.
